We take pride in our carefully selected brands and products! Attention to design, quality, durability, craftsmanship and materials are our priorities. We want you to LOVE and enjoy your products for a long time! Need to send something back? Returns happen - and it's ok!
We feel that it is only fair that we pay for the return shipment and in turn you send it back unused in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for damage(s) that occur during return shipping. Just send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
Once we have authorized the return we will send you a return label by email. The only thing you need to do is to print the label and attach it to the original shipping box and drop it off at any authorized UPS, Fedex or USPS service center near you. Please check your shipping label for which shipping company the pre-paid return label is for to determine if you should us UPS, FedEx or USPS authorized service center. Simple as that!
You can also return the item(s) to our store in Reno, Nevada located at 50 S Virginia St, Ste 18, Reno, Nevada, 89501.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will refund your purchase if everything is returned unused and in its original packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within a four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will send you an email to confirm your refund once it has been processed.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for international orders. International orders do qualify for our Damaged Items policy below.
Promotional and sale product sales
Please note that all the promotional (including if you have received a promo code for signing up for our emailing list) and sale product sales are final and do not qualify for returns or refunds. Cut-to-order fabrics are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges - Damaged Items
At this time our exchange policy is limited to replacing items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to have the same item that you purchased but in a different color or size, this is considered a return - please see our return policy above for domestic / within US orders.
If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please send us an email at email@example.com with pictures or video of the damaged item to determine eligibility. If the item qualities for a replacement we will be happy to send you a new one!
